"I want to thank Jessica Kiernan for all her hard work and dedication she put into the challenge. Her knowledge of fitness and healthy eating along with her workout and meal plan made the challenge exciting and rewarding. 
I started following Jessica Kiernan a few years ago on FACEBOOK I have witnessed her amazing transformation, her passion and knowledge for fitness along with living a healthy positive and inspirational life. With hard work and dedication all things are possible when times get tough just push through until you see the light again.


That is what happened to me for many years I struggled with my weight, self esteem I just didn't feel like I fit in. After having my daughter and son my depression got even worse because of my weight this went on for many years until in 2003 I got the Gastric Bypass losing 130 lbs in a year my life changed for better that's what I thought. Instead of using food to cope with life I turned to drugs and alcohol which that went on for years. I was clean and sober off and on for many years, it took a toll on my life not once but twice I almost lost my battle with addiction.

On January 28th, 2016 was the day I finally put my RECOVERY FIRST, when I celebrated my 1 year clean and sober I felt like it was time to start working more on eating healthier getting back to working out. Because until this day when I look in the mirror I still see that 245lb lost soul. Around that time Jessica posted the SPRING INTO SUMMER 30 DAY CHALLENGE at first I was nervous will I be able to stick to the meal plan along with working out daily.

That is why if everyone remembers I would post each day we were on along with a bicep Emoji just in case I failed at the challenge. I must say following Jessica Kiernan through the years and reading her inspirational messages on FACEBOOK got me through the challenge. I did the challenge to prove to myself that I could finish something
that would make a positive and rewarding change in my life along with being able to show my kids and grand babies that I am making a positive change in my life. 

It's all about my NEW POSITIVE JOURNEY TO DO THE BEST STAY POSITIVE AND WHEN THINGS GET TOUGH JUST STAY FOCUSED AND NEVER GIVE UP!!!!

    I will be forever grateful for taking on this 30-Day Challenge. I had a goal to lose weight but with Jessica’s program it was so much more than that. I now walk a little more confident in the skin I am in. I never embraced my body type and I needed something more than a meal plan and a list of workouts. With Jessica’s extensive knowledge, guidance & support throughout this program I not only gained lean muscle, but I gained a greater understanding and appreciation for my self-worth. You get a variety of killer workouts and practice strengthening the most important piece - your mind! With guided meditation classes and so much more I have yet to come across a program that focused on building those fundamental connections between your mind body & spirit. Here’s to a better version of yourself thanks to this program!

    First I like to say Jessica Kiernan is one of the best trainers I have ever used. After years of trying other workouts out! And always falling sort of my goals. I finally found the Wright program with Jessica’s. Her program is pretty inspiring and I would highly recommend it as a number one program out there..

    I just want to say that Jessica is one of the only people that I truly listen too and try to follow when it comes to my health. Although I have struggled personally with my fitness journey this past year or so, I know that when I pick myself up and get back on that journey, that I can always count on her program to keep me going. Jessica gives the right motivation and helpful advice/tips and videos to make sure that a person is able to be successful in their fitness journey. I recommend her and her program to everyone no matter what fitness level they are at!

    I never did a challenge before and I am so happy I did. Jessica is amazing the meal plan's and exercises are not that hard if you are dedicated and follow Jessicas advice. I can't wait until the Sexy for summer challenge starts

    The program developed by Jessica helps keep you focused. She has a wealth of knowledge on the subjects of exercise, health and weight management. While "challenging" the program was easy to follow and the results showed it. Thanks for the inspiration.

    When I started this program I was around 160lbs. I only lost 3lbs but that didn't bother me at all. I kept on pushing through. At the end I looked at the before and after pictures and saw how much I thinned out, it was amazing! The exercises were great, the example meal plan helped a lot and the overall use of the group page was awesome. I would do this again and recommend it to anyone who is at a stand still. Sometimes all you need is a little motivation. I can't wait to continue on my journey to a healthier me. Loved this program it changed me for the better.
