As creative as I try to be for you I also suffer the pains! ha-ha.  Today's workout seemed like a simple one until I was drenched in sweat and exhausted. This is a mini clip. The last exercise is not on here but it was 3 sets of smith squats with heavy weight. 

See below: All rest b/w sets is 30 secs 

1)Smith Squats: 3x20 feet close & 20 feet wide.

2)Smith Squats Single Leg: 3x12 ea

3)Smith Lunge: 3x12 ea (focus on calves & core) 4)Not in Video: Smith Squats:

3x12/10/8 reps

Add as much weight for 10 reps, then add 5-15 lbs more for 8 reps then up again 5-10 lbs for last set!!!

So example :

set 1 = 45lbs ea side

Set 2 = + 25lbs each side +45

Set 3= + 10lbs +25+45

*I did 35mins treadmill cardio incline 7 speed 3.7 before training and 15 mins step mill after legs. And did some abs in between leg exercises.
